I finally bought a new property/home/studio and it has turned out to be PARADISE as far as living is concerned. Studio isn't quite as big as I had hoped, but it's working out so far. A lot yet to do to it. Need to use it for a while to "feel the options out" before making any major changes, if any. Here is the first just-usable implementation:
